Downloading the App
The new inventory App can be downloaded from the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store. Since the new app has consolidated all platforms into one Craftable inventory app, you no longer need to have separate inventory apps for Bevager, Foodager or House.
This app allows you to start an audit and enter your counts for any inventory platform with a few taps. It also includes built in bar code scanning abilities to quickly scan and count items.
If you still have any of the previous apps installed, we recommend uninstalling the previous app before you install the new Craftable Inventory app.
**Note - Audits can only be closed by using the Craftable website or the full Craftable app**
We recommend uninstalling the previous inventory apps as they will retired shortly
Logging In
Once the app is launched, you would log into your account as you would through our desktop website.
Once logged in, you will see any stores you have access to (grouped by Director store if you have Director), showing all available platforms, allowing you to start a new audit or open an existing audit if one is already opened.
Entering your counts
After creating the new audit or opening the existing audit, you can choose the storage location you want start counting in and then choose how you want the item sorted by. You can also filter by category to view only selected items to start.
Once you've selected your options, simply select an item name or select "Scan Barcode" to start counting.
**Note: We highly recommend using our inventory app as your scanner, as the new scanning technology is super fast when finding the barcode of the item.
However, we do currently integrate with two scanners, if you choose to use them. We only integrate with the following scanners: Honeywell Captuvo SL22 Scanner Sled and Socket Mobile S740.
When you have your item selected, type out your count on the listed calculator. When counting in Bevager, you can also select the bottle icon if you have opened bottles you want to count as well.
Counting when Offline
If you are in an area without data connection (red cloud icon) , the counts are stored within the app locally. Just reconnect and the counts will upload from the device. You can also force unsynced item counts from the open audits page which can be found by going back to the select store page and choosing the icon in the top right.
