The Out of Office setting can be used by users with a Director account who are part of a Multi-User Order Approval chain. This setting allows you to nominate an alternative member of your team to handle Order Approvals while you're out of office. This setting must be turned on and off manually.
To activate the setting go to Director and click your name at the top right > select Director Settings and from the settings screen select the "Out of Office" box.
Once you toggle the Out of Office setting on then you'll be able to select another Director user to approve in your stead.
You will be reminded that the setting is active with a message at the top of your screen, as you can see in the image below.
The user you select will replace you in all multi-user approval chains across all platforms of Craftable. When selecting an Authorized Approver you will not be able to select a user who themselves is already Out of Office, and if you are set as someone else's Authorized Approver while they are Out of Office, you will not be able to activate your own Out of Office setting.
