Craftable is all-in-one software for bars, restaurants and hotels to manage their ordering, receiving, inventory, menu engineering, and much more. When your customer added you as a rep to their system you received a notification email inviting you to join the platform. Use of Craftable is not required, your customers can continue to place orders to you through Craftable, and you will receive them via email and text message. There are a few benefits to using the Craftable platform though, which will be covered below.

When your customer added you as a Sales Rep to Craftable, you would have received an email similar to the one in the image below.
Click the Set password link in the email to set your password and login for the first time.
Do I have to use Craftable?
No, when your customer places an order to you through our platform you'll be notified using the email address and cell phone number your customer entered as your contact information. You can process that order in your typical way all without logging in to Craftable, but Craftable provides the additional functionality listed above to enhance the experience for our shared customer.
