QuickBooks Responded with Error - Current Period Closed
When syncing Bills to QuickBooks Online, it is possible that you may run into the following error:
"QuickBooks Responded with error The account period has closed and the account books cannot be updated through the QuickBooks Online Services API. Please use the QuickBooks Online website to make these changes."
How do I correct?
- Check that your Accounting period is set within your QuickBooks Online Account to confirm the period has closed. If it is, try re-opening the accounting period within QuickBooks Online and then syncing the bill.
- Attempt to update bill date in Bevager/Foodager by 1) unapproving the Bill and 2) updating the date on the corresponding vendor invoice.
