If your POS has been integrated (this is included in Premium and Pro packages of the platform for all POS systems that Bevager, Foodager and House integrate with) you will see POS sales information by going to Point of Sale > Daily Sales. In order to see Depletions on the system to get a running theoretical inventory you need to do the following:
1. Create Recipes/Pours that match every POS button you sell
See the articles titled "Creating Recipes and Subrecipes" and "Creating Pours" for details on this process.
2. Match the POS button to the relevant recipe
See the article titled "POS Item Mapping" for details on this process.
3. Create Modifier Recipes that match every POS Modifier you use.
See the article titled "Adding Modifiers" for details on this process.
4. Match the POS Modifier to the relevant Modifier Recipe you created in step 3.
The above article covers this process as well.
Once this has been completed, as your POS reports come through the system, your inventory will be theoretically depleted. You will see this information on various reports under either the Sold or Depleted column, depending on the report
