Linked Item Transfers

Items that are set up as Linked Items can be transferred between the Bevager and Foodager sides of Craftable. (Please keep in mind that at this time House is not supported with this functionality.) For steps on setting up Linked Items, please see this Knowledge Base article on the topic.

Transferring Linked Items

In order to transfer items from Bevager to Foodager, or from Foodager to Bevager, first the item must exist within each side of the platform, and you must link these two items together on the Linked Items Mapping page.

To create a transfer go to Inventory > Transfers > + New Transfer.

The window that pops up will allow you to complete a standard Transfer In/Out, or Transfer to the other side of the platform or from the other side. (For example, if you are in Foodager you'll be able to Transfer To Bevager, or Transfer From Bevager.)

Select which direction you want for your transfer, and click + New Transfer.

Within the new transfer click the + Add Transfer Line button to add items to your transfer. Keep in mind you will only be able to select items that are configured as Linked Items.

Once you select an item you will see how much you have In Stock of that item in whichever platform you are currently in. This screen will not display how much is in stock on the other side of the system, though Craftable will not let you transfer more than is in stock. 

Enter the Quantity that you want to transfer and click + Add Transfer Line button to save.

Transfers immediately impact the inventory upon creation, and transfers of linked items will be visible on both platforms. 

Best Practices

We recommend only Transferring To the other platform so that you have visibility into your current in stock when creating the transfer.
